The purpose of adjusting process conditions is to ensure that the product wall thickness is as uniform as possible and the product weight is as small as possible (to reduce material consumption) on the basis of meeting the minimum wall thickness requirements of the product. The reasonable method for setting process parameters is to combine experience with numerical analysis skills.

①Using the established computer model to imitate the blow mold, blanking parison, clamping plate, etc.;

②Enter the parameters that affect the wall thickness distribution of the parison at each stage;

③Analyze the simulation results obtained, and use computer simulation to show which parts have insufficient wall thickness and which parts have excessive wall thickness;

④Use manual experience to adjust the input parameters and repeat the process of ①~③ to ensure that the wall thickness of each part of the product is as small as possible under the premise of reaching the minimum wall thickness.

⑤Analyze and compare the results of multiple process plans, and finally determine the optimized process parameters.
